                                JUDGMENT

After arguing the matter for quite some time, may be knowing

the mind of the Court, Sri.T.M.Sreedharan, learned counsel appearing for

the appellant, very fairly submits, that, for the present he may be permitted

to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

2. Permission sought for is granted and the Writ Appeal is

disposed of as withdrawn.

3. The appellant is granted six weeks’ time from today to

comply with the orders and directions issued by the learned Single Judge

while disposing of the writ petition.
