department as under:

Appellant no. 1 – Out of station.

Appellant no. 2 – Died.

In the circumstances, so far as appellant no. 1 is concerned, issue notice for
engaging another counsel and so far as appellant no. 2 is concerned, issue
notice for filing substitution application for bringing his legal heirs and
representative on record.
