Challenge in this petition is to the F.I.R lodged at case crime No. 530 of 2010
under section 420, 467 and 468 IPC PS Kotwali Distt Bijnor.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Till next listing, the arrest of the petitioners who are wanted in the aforesaid
case shall remain stayed.
