ORAL ORDER

Mr.

Hiren Modi, learned advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator
states that he will verify from the Company’s Banker as to whether
the amount of sale consideration paid by the purchaser by A/c. Payee
cheque has been duly credited in the Company’s Bank account. He will
also inquire as to whether the Valuation Report produced by the
applicant correctly shows the market value as on the date of the
purchase. He will also inquire as to whether the applicant is having
any relation with the Company or any of the ex-Directors. S.O. to
23.07.2010.
