Sri K.R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel representing opposite parties no.1
to 5 has filed affidavits of compliance. As per the averments contained in the
affidavit appropriate order has been passed on 22.6.2010 extending the term
of the lease by 4 years, 9 months and 8 days. According to the learned
counsel for the applicant further formalities pursuant to the enlargement of
time has not been carried out as yet. Learned counsel for the applicant as also
Sri K.R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions and place
them before the Court within the next two weeks. The opposite parties will
ensure that the enlargement of time is given effect to in letter and spirit.
