02 29.08.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tekriwal,
learned counsel for the NCCT are present.
When the case is taken up a prayer for
adjournment/accommodation has been made out on behalf of the
petitioner. Mr. Tekriwal, learned counsel for the respondent NCCT
states that the matter may be listed along with the records of CWJC
No. 7407 of 2010 disposed of on 03.05.2010, CWJC No. 892 of 2010
disposed of on 11.02.2010 and CWJC No. 9025 of 2011 disposed of
on 25.07.2011. It is also submitted that cognate matter being CWJC
No. 11963 of 2011 is pending consideration for admission before this
Court which was taken up on 28.07.2011 and was directed to be listed
after a week along with records of CWJC No. 9025 of 2011. It is
stated that the said matter has not been listed before this Court for
admission.
Post this matter on Monday (05.09.2011) as the last zero
item. CWJC No. 11963 of 2011 shall be listed side by side the present
case. The office shall also procure and keep the records of aforesaid
CWJC No. 7407 of 2010 and CWJC No. 892 of 2010 with the record
of the present case.
