The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this
Court. A report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 4.5.2010 is
annexed in the writ petition as Annexure-D. The parties have settled their
dispute before the Mediation Centre. A copy of the compromise is also
annexed along with report of the Mediation Centre. As per terms of the
compromise, there are certain conditions which are observed by the parties
upto six months from the date of settlement/agreement.

Therefore, list in the second week of November, 2010.

Interim order shall remain operative till the next date of listing.
