On hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the order of learned court of Sessions rejecting the bail application of the petitioners and especially keeping in view that now the trial is near completion and few witnesses remain to be examined, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of the case.
Bail application is rejected.
