Pursuant to the Order dated 15.6.2010, the case has been put-up today as a
fresh case.
Pursuant to the directions given in the said Order dated 15.6.2010, an
Affidavit of Service has been filed today on behalf of the appellant. As per the
averments made in the said Affidavit, while the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3
have refused to accept the notice, the remaining respondents have accepted
the notices.

plaintiff-respondent no.4.
