JUDGMENT

Rule.

Mr.

Praful Vasavada, learned advocate waives service of Rule for and on
behalf of contesting respondent Nos.6/1 and 6/2.

The
present application has been preferred by the applicants herein
original appellants for extention of a stay/interim relief which
has extended upto 23rd
April 2010 for a further period of four weeks. In the facts and
circumstances of the case the interim relief, which has been
continued upto 23rd
April 2010, is hereby directed to be continued upto 10th
May 2010.

Rule
is made absolute accordingly.
