                                  JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph, J.

The petitioner, first respondent and their children are present. We

had the assistance of Adv. Smt. Thushara James as conciliator. Thanks to

the efforts taken by the learned conciliator, thanks to the co-operation

extended by counsel on both sides, thanks to the co-operation extended by

the parents of both sides, the parties themselves and the earnest wishes of

the two children for a happy reunion of their parents so that they can have

the protection, care and warmth of both parents together and thanks to the

earnest efforts taken by the Court, we are happy to note that the small

bickering between the parties have been settled. They have agreed before

us that they will forgive each other and forget the past and unto death

nothing will separate them and that they will live together with mutual

love, regard and respect. The parents of the parties are present before us.

They have undertaken that they will not interfere with the peaceful life of

their children and will only render whatever assistance possible for the

happy life of their children.

W.P.(C)NO.157/2008 2

2. We record our appreciation for the efforts taken by the learned

conciliator in bringing about peace in an otherwise broken family. The

children will go with the petitioner/mother today and tomorrow the first

respondent will go and take his wife and children from the residence of

the petitioner. The passport of the petitioner will be returned to her.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
