                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner submits that by Ext.P4, he sought correction of

spelling of his name. Orders have not been passed on Ext.P4 by

the respondent so far. It is therefore that this writ petition is filed.

2. If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P4 application has been

received and is pending before the respondent, the respondent

shall consider the said application, taking note of Ext.P3 gazette

notification as well. Orders shall be passed as above, as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within 4 weeks from the

date of production of a copy of the judgment along with a copy

of this writ petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
