2. Petitioner has filed this review producing Annexures 1

to IV judgments of this court, where relief similar to those sought

by the petitioner were granted by this court in those cases. These

judgments were not brought to my notice when the case was

disposed of, either by the petitioner or by the standing counsel

who appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. I am satisfied that if I had been informed of these

judgments, my judgment could have been different. Therefore,

the petitioner has made out a case for review.

4. Accordingly the judgment dated 7th September 2007

will stand recalled.
