The petitioner’s services have been dispensed with in view of the
Circular of the High Court dated 5.11.2009. In a matter relating to
District Agra, the writ petition filed was dismissed, but on appeal
an order was passed in Special Appeal No. 65 of 2010, Anjani
Kumar Dubey and others Vs. High Court of Judicature at
Allahabad and another on 21.1.2010. After hearing the said order
was further supplemented by another order on 28.1.2010.
Keeping in view the aforesaid two orders passed by the Division
Bench, the operation of the order in relation to the petitioner shall
remain stayed and he shall also be allowed to obtain salary.
The respondents are allowed three weeks’ time to file counter
affidavit. Counsel for the petitioner will have one week time to file
rejoinder affidavit.
List thereafter.
