                         J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 is the proceedings of the RTA, Malappuram granting

conversion of permit to the petitioner subject to settlement of

timings. The complaint of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 is of

29/5/06 and timing conference has not been held even now.

If as a matter of fact, as the petitioner now complains,

timing conference has not been held so far, since Ext.P1

proceedings is of 29/5/06, the respondent shall take expeditious

action for holding timing conference. This the respondent shall

do within eight weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
