                                     ORDER

Petitioners who are respondents 2,4 and 5 in M.C. No. 22

of 2010 filed by the first respondent herein under Sec. 12 of the

Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 , seeks

to quash the proceedings on the ground that even on the

showing of the first respondent/applicant herself proceedings

will not lie against the petitioners herein. That is a matter for

the petitioners to raise by way of objection before the J.F.C.M.

III, Neyyattinkara, where the proceedings are pending . Hence,

this M.C. is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the

petitioners to raise all their contentions before the Magistrate.
