This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 7.1.2010 passed on
the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 7.1.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the second line of the last paragraph of the order dated 7.1.2010, Section
‘366’ IPC is also added in addition to Sections 363, 376 IPC and 3 (1) (12)
SC/ST Act.”
