Learned counsel for the petitioner states that till date the order of
the District Magistrate has not been supplied to the petitioner. The
petitioner shall file a certified copy of this order before the District
Magistrate, who shall supply the copy of the order dated 17.8.1997
to the petitioner, in case the same is available on record.
