This writ appeal was admitted on 12.3.2008. After

admission, the Court had directed issuance of notice to the respondents.

Right from 12.3.2008 till to this date, the appellants have not paid process

fee to issue notice of this writ appeal on the respondents. In our opinion, it

only shows that the appellants are not interested in this appeal.

2. Therefore, the writ appeal is rejected for non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.
