JUDGMENT
Heard.
2. If any application of the petitioner for mutation of the
property is pending, the same shall be considered after affording
the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. Let that be done
within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of
this judgment. If the decision is against the interest of the
petitioner, it shall state reasons thereof so that the petitioner
can avail remedies, if any, available to him.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
