                          J U D G M E N T

In the matter of re-registration of Arms licence, it is

submitted that Exhibit P10 application is still pending before the

second respondent. There will be a direction to the second

respondent to take appropriate action on Exhibit P10 application

within a period of two months from the date of production of a

copy of this judgment by the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
