Heard
learned counsel for the parties. Both the counsels for respective
parties have jointly requested that the result of First Appeal No.
1866 of 1985 and Cross Appeal No. 1867 of of 1985 would govern the
fate of this case also as it is arising out of the same contract.
Learned AGP Ms. Mehta states that aforesaid two matters are going to
be listed on 13.4.2009 and therefore, this matter be kept thereafter.
Order accordingly. The matter may come up for hearing after 13.4.2009
on any other suitable date.
