This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned

Single Judge in W.P.(C)No.8753/08.

2. Having gone through the order passed by the learned Single Judge

carefully, we are of the opinion that the view taken by the learned Single Judge

is correct and no interference is warranted. This writ appeal fails. Therefore,

the appeal requires to be rejected. We do so.

Ordered accordingly.
