                                    O R D E R

Revision petitioner is the complainant in M.C.No.19/2005 in

the file of the Family Court, Ernakulam that stands dismissed for

default. It is submitted that the petitioner was laid up. In the

circumstances, the order of the court below is set aside on

condition that the revision petitioner depositing Rs.2,000/- as

cost before the court below. The revision petitioner shall appear

before the Family Court, Ernakulam on 24.4.2007.

The revision petition is allowed as above.
