                            J U D G M E N T

What is sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the

respondents to pay the amount in Ext.P1 award in OP(MV) No.473/97.

The case was adjourned with a direction to the standing counsel for the

respondents to obtain instructions. On instructions, it is now undertaken

before me that the amount awarded will be deposited by the 1st

respondent within 3 months from today.

Recording the above submission and directing that the payment

shall be made in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of.
