                    J U D G M E N T

Ext. P1 is an application made by the petitioner

for variation of timings. The complaint is that Ext.

P1 has not been dealt with.

2. I heard the learned Govt. Pleader also. In

view of the above facts, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the respondent to consider Ext. P1, if it

has been received and is pending with the respondent.

The same shall be disposed of in accordance with law

after affording an opportunity of hearing to the

registered owner of KL8Z 4448 mentioned in Ext. P1. If

anybody else is likely to be affected such persons

shall also be heard.

Ext. P1 shall be disposed of within 8 weeks of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
