                         J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has alleged violation of the interim order

passed by this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. In the light of

the fact that the 3rd respondent joined the transferee station

before the interim order was passed, it cannot be said that there

was any willful disobeyance of the interim order. This Contempt

Case is closed particularly in the light of the judgment rendered

by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16631/2009.
