JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P7 order by which he was
suspended from Kerala Kalamandalam. The petitioner was functioning as
the Principal. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that
the petitioner has already filed a review petition seeking for review of the
orders issued and a direction may be issued to consider the same by the
third respondent.
2. Heard learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent. It is
submitted that if any such review petition has been submitted, it will be
considered in accordance with law. Therefore, there will be a direction to
the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the review petition, if
any, filed by the petitioner and if it is still pending, after affording an
opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, within a period of two months
from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
