                    J U D G M E N T

Delay in considering Ext. P1 application for

regular permit is complained of by the petitioner.

2. Learned Govt. Pleader, on instructions, submits

that in the next meeting which is scheduled to be held

on 22-10-2007 Ext. P1 will also be considered.

Recording the submission and directing the 1st

respondent that orders shall be passed on Ext. P1, the

writ petition is closed.
