                                 JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the Panchayat submits that the appeal

preferred by the petitioner has already been disposed of. The Writ

Petition will stand disposed directing the Panchayat to communicate

the order passed in the appeal to the petitioner within one month of

receiving a copy of this judgment. It will be open to the petitioner to

impugn that order, if aggrieved, in appropriate fora.
