                             JUDGMENT

J. B. Koshy, J

A 14 years old boy died in a motor

accident on 24/07/02. The Tribunal has

taken 15 as the multiplier and taking

guidelines from the Second Schedule

Rs.15,000/- was fixed as the notional

income for calculating the compensation.

Total compensation awarded by the Tribunal

is Rs.1,68,000/-. We are of the view that

just and reasonable compensation is

awarded and no interference is required in

the award passed by the Tribunal. Appeal

M. A. C. A. No.1574 of 2008 -2-

fails and is dismissed accordingly.
