The petitioner approached this Court seeking police protection.

Admittedly, there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the second

respondent. The petitioner submits that she needs protection to enter into

her property and to enjoy the same. According to the second respondent,

the petitioner does not have any right over the property. Thus, the

disputes are to be settled before the civil court. Therefore, relegating the

parties to settle their disputes before the civil court, the Writ Petition is

dismissed.
