Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in spite of the interim
order of this Court dated 9.9.2009 the petitioners have not been paid the time
scale and promotional scale etc., whereas in the case of other persons identical
interim order has been complied with.

Considering the aforesaid fats, let notice be issued to opposite parties no.1
and2.
