that the contempt application be disposed of granting the

petitioners liberty to challenge the office order no. 4 dated

of the Executive Engineer, Opposite party no.6, as the

petitioners are not satisfied with the quantum of amount

released in their favour.

Accordingly, this contempt application is

disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the

office order no. 4 dated 11.2.2011, Annexure-C to the

show cause filed on behalf of the Executive Engineer,

Opposite party no.6 by filing appropriate writ petition.
