not traced out from the record and does not tally with the case
register.

It
is submitted by Mr.Bhavesh Chokshi, learned Advocate for Nanavati
Associates that CBI Special Case No.1375 of 2003 is pending before
the Special CBI Court No.2, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad (Rural). Office is
directed to call progress report of the said case from the concerned
Court by fax message which should be reach this Court on or before
01.04.2011. Stand over to 01.04.2011.
