Issue notice to the respondents returnable at an early date, indicating that
counter affidavit is to be filed within a period of eight weeks. Rejoinder
affidavit may be filed within four weeks thereafter.

List for admission after expiry of the aforesaid period.

In the meantime, the respondents shall not alienate or change nature of the
property in dispute till next date of listing.
