This application is for substitution of the legal
representative of the deceased respondent no.7. The application is
within time.
Accordingly, the substitution application is allowed and
the legal representatives as mentioned in detail in paragraph 1 of the
said substitution application are substituted in place of the deceased
respondent no.7.

No.4076/09.
This is a substitution application for substitution of the
legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.7(B), namely,
Ghanshyam Rai, who died on 11..4.2009 and substitution
application was filed on 10th of July,2009, i.e., within time.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the legal
representatives of the deceased respondent no.7(B) as mentioned in
detail in paragraph 2 of the application are substituted in place of
the deceased respondent no.7(B).
