2. 22.12.2010 The relief claimed in the present matter is by the

petitioner Bank against its Employees Association. The

present Bench only deals with service matters pertaining,

inter alia, to Bank. A direction is sought by the Bank

against its employees in respect of their agitation which

cannot be considered to be a service matter within the

cognizance of this Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make

an appropriate change in the subject matter and thereafter

the office shall place the matter before the appropriate

Bench.
