Put up this matter on 20th July, 2010 in order to enable the Secretary,
Finance, U.P. Government Lucknow and Secretary, Secondary
Education, U.P. Government, Lucknow to sit together and to finalize
the amount which is to be released for payment of outstanding salary
to the vocational teachers. If the needful is not done by the next date
fixed, the Court would bound to to pass strict orders in the matters.

This case is being adjourned on the request of learned Chief Standing
that the matter shall be examined in detail by that date.
