: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL)
1. The
present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for
releasing him on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to have
the loan facility from the bank against his crop.
2. Considering
the facts and circumstances, it appears that the convict has enjoyed
the furlough from 3.7.2010 to 116.7.2010 and he could have made
arrangement during that time. Therefore, this ground would not be
sufficient to exercise discretion for releasing
him on temporary bail. However, it is observed that the jail
authority shall accommodate the applicant-convict for signing of the
documents if it is brought to jail for such purpose so as to raise
the loan if available.
3. Subject
to the aforesaid observation, this application is not entertained.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
