ORDER

The
petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authority
to pay the difference of the pension and gratuity after addition of
his service.

On
the facts and circumstances of the case interest of justice would be
met by directing the respondent to consider the case by treating
this petition as representation.

Accordingly
the petition will be treated as a representation of the present
petitioner. The Respondent No. 3 Commissioner of Health will decide
the representation of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks
from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Petition
stands disposed of accordingly.
