submits that the petitioner proposes to represent

before the Commission with regard to his candidature

for the examination held for the post of I.T.I. Instructor

in the Metal Sheet Discipline.

Learned counsel for the Commission very

fairly submits that, if the petitioner represents,

necessary information permissible in law shall be

made available to the petitioner without delay.
