2. 16.06.2010 Learned Senior Counsel Shri Rama Kant Sharma submits
that acceptance of the copy of the writ petition was refused by
the Clerk of learned Counsel for the N.C.T.E. Shri Pathak. Shri
Pathak denies it.
Be that as it may, Shri Pathak is unable to distinguish
that this matter is not the same as C.W.J.C. No. 9416 of 2010
and can be disposed in similar terms. He however submits that
since copy of the writ petition has been served upon him just
now during course of the proceeding the matter may be
adjourned.
This Court is not satisfied that any useful purpose is
going to be fulfilled by formalities of adjournment when the
matter is same as CWJC No. 9416 of 2010.
This writ application is therefore disposed in similar terms
as C.W.J.C. No. 9416 of 2010.
