After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Manish Mishra, learned counsel
for the petitioner submits that the he does not want to press the writ petition
and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement made above, the writ petition is dismissed as not
pressed.

It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner to file fresh writ
petition on the same cause of action.
