Learned Public Prosecutor informed that the matter

of the petitioner has been referred to the Advisory Board,

which is scheduled to meet in the last week of February

this year. It is also assured that the matter of this

prisoner will be considered in this meeting of the Advisory

Board. In that view of the matter, relying upon the

assurance of the learned Public Prosecutor, this petition

is disposed of.
