Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A. G. A. and perused the
material on record.

This transfer application has been filed with the prayer to transfer the case
No. 5256 of 2006; State of U. P. Versus Mahavir Agrawal and others
pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Gautam Budh Nagar to any
court of competent jurisdiction to any other adjoining district.

After considering the submissions of counsel for the parties, I am of the view
that no good ground for transfer of the case is made out.

In this view of the matter, this transfer application is dismissed.
