Since notice has not been served upon the Opp0. Party No. 2, due to this 

reason, the Opp. Party No.2 could not appear before the Mediation Centre 

in pursuance of the order 4.12.2008.

Put up this case before the Mediation Centre as both the parties are agree 

to appear before the Mediation Centre on 16.3.2010.

Interim order, if any, granted earlier, is extended till the next date of listing. 

List   this   case   before   appropriate   Court   alongwith   the   report   of   the 

mediation, after the process of mediation centre.
