4 24.01.2011 Perused the office notes. Notices by registered post with

A/D were issued to respondent nos. 4 to 13. In pursuance to the

aforesaid notice respondent nos. 4 to 7 and 11 have entered their

appearance through their counsels by filing duly executed

Vakalatnama and remaining private respondents appear to be their

family members. Though period of more than one month has elapsed

from the date of issue of notices upon respondent nos. 8 to 10 and 12

and 13, but neither A/D nor undelivered registered cover of notice

have been received.

In the aforesaid circumstances, let notices upon

respondent nos. 8 to 10 and 12 and 13 be also treated to have been

validly served. Office may proceed further.
