petitioner, as well as Sri A.M.P.Mehta, learned Addl. Public
Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is in custody in Sasaram ( Darigaon)
P.S. Case No.597 of 2010 for the offences under Sections 394 and
411 of the Indian Penal Code since 12.8.2010, has prayed for grant
of bail.
In the case, the informant’s motorcycle was forcibly taken
away by the accused persons on the point of pistol. Subsequently,
the petitioner was arrested along with the said motorcycle and
thereafter he made confession before the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner had virtually purchased the said motorcycle from one
Bipin Singh. It was further submitted that the petitioner is having
clean antecedent. In this case, antecedent report was earlier called
for and the same has been received and kept at Flag-A, which shows
that besides the present case, there is no other case against the
petitioner.
In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly
keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner is having clean
antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram ( Darigaon) P.S.
Case No.597 of 2010.
