20/8/2010 when the main matter was listed for final hearing (special)
board, even in second call learned advocate for the petitioners was
not present. Hence the petition was dismissed for non prosecution by
order dated 20/8/2010. Therefore, the applicants have preferred
present application seeking restoration of the petition.

When
the application is taken up for hearing today, learned advocate for
the applicants is not present to attend the application seeking
restoration of the application. Hence, the Application stands
dismissed for non prosecution.
